Peonies are starting

Paula Faye Peony has come to play!

She is the earliest to bloom in our Peony Field every year. In fact, I actually planted her to be a warning to us that we need to start watching our crop as they will all be starting to open soon.

Her intense, cherry/coral ish blooms, are so delicate and mesmerizing . Her yellow center is fluffy and a pollinators dream. And just because she is early to the show doesn’t mean she has short stems!

We only have a few in our starter field as of now, but in a few years we will be blessed to harvest from 3000 of these plants and share them with you!
