Flower Update

Time is flying here at the farm. Is it just us, or did June basically evaporate? Lately our days have been all about flower bed maintenance: harvesting, weeding, and a little something called pinching. If you're new to the term, it just means cutting a flower back so it bushes out and sends up more stems — which means more flowers for you! It's a favorite trick of ours, especially with the zinnias.
We're also spotting the very first dahlia sprouts poking up to say hello. We cannot WAIT to get these beauties into your bundles this year. But what is it they say? Patience is a virtue!
